matsuya
Matsuya is another japanese fast food place, but has more variety than Yoshinoya. They are usally counter service only. Foods tastes good, but maybe a little heavy. My favorite is guy-curry, thin sliced meat, rice and cuury sauce.

Yoshinoya is definately not the place for a romantic date, but if you’re looking for cheap food that tastes great and isn’t incredibly unhealthy then this is a great place to go.
For foreigners, learn how to eat like a real Japanese salary man; just watch and copy, but don’t let your mother catch you!
sumiya
Sumiya looks really nice from the outside. But the staff talk about the customer, it’s a little expensive and the portions are small. You’ll go in and come out unsatisfied and still hungry.
