What is a Presentation?

A presentation is a method to introduce ideas to a group of people.

 

There are simply two types of presentation:

 

1. A good presentation

 

2. A bad presentation

 

 

A Bad Presentation

 

A presenter talks and the audience listen and try to understand.

 

There may be some slides, but they just shown one-by-one.

 

The presentation has no structure.

 

This kind of presentation may not have a reason, and is sometimes just a statement.

 

The audience tries to listen, but are bored and maybe even yawning sometimes. It is very tiring for the listeners.

 

 

A Good Presentation

 

The presenter acts as a teacher, teaching and inspiring his "students”.

 

The presentation is well-structured, and the presenter’s words and slides only help reinforce the structure.

 

One type of presentation goes from problem to solution.

 

 

The presenter may talk about:
